From the 14th to the 16th of November 2018, DISCOP, the “One Stop Shop” for B2B content in Africa, organised its 6th edition of its market in Johannesburg. This year, DISCOP hosted the innovation hub Tshimologong and its mentorship programme Digital Lab Africa for the launch of their call for projects on the 15th of November. An occasion for the Tshimologong Precinct and its partner, the French Institute of South Africa (IFAS), to speak and present the DLA as well as the Digital Content Hub in their pavilion.
On the 15th of November, Lesley Williams, CEO of Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct, Erika Denis, Audiovisual Attachée for the French Institute, as well as three DLA winners from previous editions (Baya Ciamala, Jabulile Newman and Feben Elias), were featured as speakers for a DLA press conference, to launch the third edition and give feedback on the previous winning projects.
