On 8 June, Digital Lab Africa (DLA), the reference platform for tomorrow’s content in Africa, will unveil how the South African DLA 2016 winners for the Transmedia and Virtual Reality categories are heading for international success in the final stage of their 6-month incubation and mentorship programme.
The event will be held from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, at the Tshimologong Digital Innovation Precinct, iClub (41 Juta Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg), one of the DLA partners in South Africa. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A and a cocktail. H.E. Christophe Farnaud, Ambassador of France to South Africa will be in attendance. Digital Lab Africa is a springboard and an incubation platform for African talent in multimedia initiated by the French Embassy & French Institute in South Africa, as part of their support to the creative industries in SA, and in the region.
